Preview items on Wednesday, November 5 and Thursday, November 6 from 9 AM - 5 PM at auction lot located on Route 33 near the Elkton VFW and across from Myers Ford. Please enter lot from Rockingham Pike at the intersection of Honeysuckle Road. Look for signs!
This auction closes on Thursday, November 6 beginning at 7 PM. Successful bidders must pick up their items on November 7 from 9 AM - 6 PM or November 8 from 9 AM - 5 PM.
Terms and Conditions:
Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. VA Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled motor vehicles) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form prior to checkout.
Payment: Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit/Debit Card (3% Surcharge Applies) or Good Check are approved methods of payment. Payment must be made in full before items are removed from the auction site. If payment has not been made by the end of the pickup period credit cards will be charged for the full invoice amount. Titles will be held until checks clear.
Pickup: Pickup is Friday, Oct. 31st and Saturday, Nov. 1st from 9 AM to 6 PM each day. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up your items on those days unless prior arrangements have been made with auction company. All items must be picked up and removed from the auction site by 5:00 PM on Monday, Nov. 3rd. No one will be available for pickup on Sunday Nov. 2nd. Items will be available for viewing and pickup at Auction Trailer located on Hwy 33 near the Elkton VA, VFW Hall. Entrance to Auction site off Rockingham Pike, near intersection of Honeysuckle Rd. Look for signs.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Titles are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states "no title". If paying by check, titles may be held until check clears.

The auction record kept by the Auctioneer and Clerk is final.
Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items.
Buyers are responsible for their items after being pronounced the winning bidder but will not become the owner of the items until payment has been made in full.
