This is an online only auction including a Kubota 2050 Tractor, "Better Built" Dual Axle Flatbed Trailer, a Four-horse Trailer, Brush Hog, Pony Wagon, 2005 Buick Terraza, Various Tools, Knives, KISS Memorabilia, Saddles, Bridles and household items. The bidding will close on 2/26/2026 beginning at 7pm. The bidding will close at a rate of four lots per minute with a 2-minute auto extend. Preview time is 2/26/2026 9am to 5pm. Pickup times are 2/27/2026 from 9am - 6pm and 2/28/2026 from 9am - 3pm. The auction location will be provided prior to preview date.
Terms and Conditions:
Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. VA Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled motor vehicles) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form prior to checkout.
Payment: Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit/Debit Card (3% Surcharge Applies) or Good Check are approved methods of payment. Payment must be made in full before items are removed from the auction site. If payment has not been made by the end of the pickup period credit cards will be charged for the full invoice amount. Titles will be held until checks clear.
Pickup: Pickup is Friday, February 27th from 9AM to 5PM and Saturday, February 28th from 9AM to 3PM. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up your items on those days unless prior arrangements have been made with auction company. All items must be picked up and removed from the auction site by 5:00 PM on Monday, March 2nd. No one will be available for pickup on Sunday March 1st. Items will be available for viewing and pickup at auction location in Elkton to be provided prior to Viewing Days.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Titles are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states "no title". If paying by check, titles may be held until check clears.
Condition details are offered as courtesy to bidders, and are opinions only, not statements of fact, and do not imply any warranty concerning condition, or any assumption of liability. Lot announcements, listings, photographs, and catalog information are for descriptive purposes only.
Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept by the Auctioneer and Clerk is final.
Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items.
Buyers are responsible for their items after being pronounced the winning bidder but will not become the owner of the items until payment has been made in full.

Auctioneers Announcement: The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids on behalf of an absentee bidder, the seller, or himself. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in all cases of dispute the auctioneer’s decision shall be final.
