Absolute Online Auction to benefit Hope House of Resurrected Ministries. Hope House is a sober living home where men can stay as they recover from addictions, re-build their lives, and enhance their relationship with God. Resurrected Ministries also works with both men and women on an individual one-on-one basis. All of the proceeds from this auction will benefit Resurrected Ministries.
If you would like to donate items to the auction, you can drop off your items at 3055 Harpine Hwy., Harrisonburg, every Saturday in April, from 12pm-4pm. If these dates do not work for you, please contact Nate Carr (540) 236-2745. A donation form can be obtained at the time of drop-off.
Bidding will open April 20th at 4pm, Bidding closes on May 14th, beginning at 7pm. The auction will close at a rate of 4 lots every 2 minutes, with a 2-minute auto extend for items receiving bids in the last 2 minutes. Preview for the auction will be Thursday May 14th 12pm-4pm. Items can be picked up Friday May 15th 9am-5pm, or Saturday May 16th 9am-1pm. All items must be picked up by Monday May 18th at 5pm. Pickups will not be available on Sunday May 17th.
Items received for the auction will be added weekly for bidding, check the auction frequently. Bidding will start no later than April 20th.

Sales Tax: VA Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled motor vehicles) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form prior to checkout.
Payment: Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit/Debit Card (3% Surcharge Applies) or Good Check are approved methods of payment. Payment must be made in full before items are removed from the auction site. If payment has not been made by the end of the pickup period credit cards will be charged for the full invoice amount. Titles will be held until checks clear.
Pickup: Pickup is Friday, May 15th from 9AM to 5PM and Saturday, May16th from 9AM to 1PM at 3055 Harpine Hwy. Harrisonburg, Va. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up your items on those days unless prior arrangements have been made with auction company. Shipping is available at Buyers expense. All items must be picked up and removed from the auction site by 5:00 PM on Monday, May 18th. No one will be available for pickup on Sunday May 17th. Items will be available for viewing on Thursday, May 14th from 12pm until 5pm at 3055 Harpine Hwy. Harrisonburg, Va.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Titles are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states "no title". If paying by check, titles may be held until check clears.

Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept by the Auctioneer and Clerk is final.
Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items.
Buyers are responsible for their items after being pronounced the winning bidder but will not become the owner of the items until payment has been made in full.
