Preview Times: 4/11/2026 9am to 1pm & 4/16/26 9am to 5pm. Pickup times are 4/17/2026 from 9am - 5pm and 4/18/2026 from 9am to 3pm. The auction location will be provided prior to preview date. Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. VA Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled motor vehicles) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form prior to checkout.
Forms of Payment: Wire Transfer or Cashier's Check are the only acceptable forms of payment for the Motorhome. Possession of the Motor home by the Buyer will not take place until the funds have been deposited into our Escrow Account. Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit/Debit Card (3% Surcharge Applies) or Cashier's Check are approved methods of payment for remaining items. Payment must be made in full before items are removed from the auction site. If payment has not been made by the end of the pickup period credit cards will be charged for the full invoice amount. Titles will be held until checks & credit cards clear.
Pickup: Pickup is Friday, April 17th from 9am to 5pm & Saturday, April 18th from 9am to 3pm. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up your items on those days unless prior arrangements have been made with auction company. All items must be picked up and removed from the auction site by 5:00 PM on Monday, April 20th. No one will be available for pickup on Sunday April 19th.
