This auction closes on Thursday, June 4th beginning at 7pm. Successful bidders must pick up their items on June 5th from 9am to 5pm or June 6th from 9am - 3pm.
Shipping: Shipping is available at Buyers expense. Shipping will be provided through Shipping Saint. You will receive a separate email after bidding closes to schedule Pickup or request shipping.

Preview Times: 5/26/26 9am to 12pm & 6/4/2026 9am to 5pm. Pickup times are 6/5/2026 from 9am - 5pm and 6/6/2026 from 9am to 3pm. Auction Location is 2454 N East SIde Hwy, Elkton Va, 22827. Shipping: Shipping is available at Buyers expense. Shipping will be provided through Shipping Saint. You will receive a separate email after bidding closes to schedule Pickup or request shipping.
Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. VA Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled motor vehicles) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form prior to checkout.
Forms of Payment: Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit/Debit Card (3% Surcharge Applies), good check or Cashier's Check are approved methods of payment. Payment must be made in full before items are removed from the auction site. If payment has not been made by the end of the pickup period credit cards will be charged for the full invoice amount. Titles will be held until checks & credit cards clear.
Pickup: Pickup is Friday, June 5th, from 9am to 5pm & Saturday, June 6th, from 9am to 3pm. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up your items on those days unless prior arrangements have been made with auction company. All items must be picked up and removed from the auction site by 5:00 PM on Monday, June 8th. No one will be available for pickup on Sunday June 7th.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Titles are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states "no title". If paying by check, titles may be held until check clears.

The auction record kept by the Auctioneer and Clerk is final.
Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items.
Buyers are responsible for their items after being pronounced the winning bidder but will not become the owner of the items until payment has been made in full.
